Brooke’s Wye Valley Dairy rests in the rural heart of the Wye Valley in South Wales. We are a family farming business and have been making artisan Welsh ice cream, sorbets and soft cheese on our farm for over two generations.
We source natural ingredients in our ice cream to compliment the double cream and fresh milk from our grass-fed pedigree herd of Jersey cows.
Our handmade soft cheeses showcase the delicious creaminess of the Jersey milk we produce on our farm.
